Call Policy - Office policy is to return all phone calls within 24 hours on weekdays and on the first business day following a weekend or holiday. If you are recently detained or concerned about an imminent arrest, inform the receptionist and they will patch you through to Christopher's cellphone.
Office Hours & Consultations
The office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Consultations are by appointment only and cost $350.00. Consultations for domestic violence and human trafficking cases are free. To schedule your consultation please call the office or use the button below.
Fees & Pro Bono
Fees - To set fees for immigration matters we look to the market and the difficulty of the case. Depending upon those factors, cases may be accepted on a flat fee or hourly basis. Because each case and client is unique, fee quotes are provided only after conducting a thorough and comprehensive consultation.
Pro Bono - To assist those immigrants who begin with little, we offer pro-bono representation to clients pre-screened and referred to us by reputable nonprofit organizations. The firm has accepted and/or currently represents pro bono clients referred by the Safe Passage Project, North Fork Spanish Apostolate, Centro Corazon de Maria in Hampton Bays, the Rural and Migrant Ministry, the Empire Justice Center, OLA of Eastern Long Island, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) - Childrens' Docket, and Brooklyn Defender Services.
